Fundamental Sports and Fitness
Welcome to Fundamental Sports and Fitness. We specialise in personal training for people who take part in running events such as 5k races, trail runs and marathons as well as those who participate in obstacle course races (OCRs).
Our personal training studio is based in the Keyworth area of Nottingham and has free on-street parking available outside.
The studio is a bespoke training space that is dedicated to strength and conditioning work. This area has a squat rack, a wide selection of barbells, dumbbells and equipment specific for bodyweight training. We have a number of TRX suspension trainers as well as a variety of other equipment.
We’ve created a community feel to the studio and when you join us, you become a member of the Fundamental Sports and Fitness family. We have regular events you can get involved in, whether that's a virtual race, trips to obstalce training facilities or activities and events that may be happening locally.
We like to reward our members for their loyalty so we offer a Member of the Month prize, discounts on our sports massages and early booking to the workshops that we hold.
Many of our clients are looking to take their running to the next level so we’ve put together a free 28-day training plan that you can download here. Alternatively if you have just started the Couch to 5K programme, we have a free 10 week cross training plan to help you get fitter and stronger.
